My Polka Band
By Warren Stearns of Comfortera Enterprises, Inc.
My oom-pah-pah band (i.e. Polka band) could not be complete without lederhosen (leather pants). Normally hundreds of dollars each, I was able to buy some new ones on e-Bay for less than $50 each. These pants, along with an Alpine hat, long socks and ordinary shoes shirt & tie completed the costumes. Some of the musicians I recruit for the band already have their costumes so for October Fest I'm ready. Anyone around Southern California need a band for their event? One version of the band is shown in the picture.

Contributor's Note
Lederhosen are kind of cute, but if you have knobby knees, you might want to get the long kind.
